V-cut acoustic panels for curves, cut from the 9 mm rPET Panel.
rPET Flex Groove is cut from the 9 mm rPET Panel: rigid felt from recycled PET bottles, V-cut so it bends around columns, curved walls and other rounded elements. The V-cuts leave the ribbed surface that gives the panel its character.

Flex Groove panels follow curved surfaces, inner and outer radii alike: columns, curved walls and rounded architectural elements. The material is the rPET Panel, so colours, processing and reaction to fire are those of the panel.
V-cuts let you fold corners and 3D forms: the panel is incised with parallel V-cuts that let it bend without breaking and leave a ribbed relief on the surface.
Minimum Bending Radius
100 % recycled PET felt, 1.8 kg/m², cut from a 2 800 × 1 220 or 2 440 × 1 220 mm panel.
Parallel V-cuts let the panel bend; minimum bending radius 500 mm.
The cuts leave a linear relief, lengthwise or widthwise, in ten stock colours or any colour to order.
rPET Panel: formats, technical data and the full absorption table
The colour range is that of the rPET Panel: ten stock colours, numbered 01–10, and any other colour made to order.
Stock colours 01–10 are always available, from one panel. Any other colour is made to order: send us a RAL or NCS reference or a physical sample. Minimum quantities for made-to-order colours on request.
Made from recycled fibres, so slight shade differences between batches are normal. Order the panels for one surface together and mount them the same way round. The swatches are photographs: ask for physical samples before you specify.
PET felt is a porous absorber: sound enters the open fibre structure and is turned into heat. How much a panel absorbs depends on its thickness and, above all, on how it is mounted. Fixed straight to the wall it treats mainly mid and high frequencies; with an air cavity or mineral wool behind it, absorption rises sharply and reaches lower frequencies.
Flex Groove keeps the felt’s sound-dampening character on curved surfaces. The 9 mm panel has not yet been measured, so we give no αw or NRC figure.

Reaction to fire to EN 13501-1 depends on the colour: white, grey and black reach B-s1,d0, all other colours B-s2,d0, in both the Standard and the FR version.

Under EN 13501-1 the class depends on the colour: rPET Flex Groove is classified B-s1,d0 / B-s2,d0, like the 9 mm rPET Panel it is cut from. Classification reports on request.
Yes. rPET Flex Groove is cut from the 9 mm rPET Panel and takes the same tools: saw or angle grinder with a metal-cutting blade, CNC milling, drilling and screws without splitting, water- or solvent-based paints.
Ten stock colours (01–10) are always available, from one panel. Any other colour is made to order from a RAL or NCS reference or a physical sample; minimum quantities on request. The range is the same for rPET Panel, rPET Groove and rPET Flex Groove.
