Solo Flex is a single-occupant acoustic booth built for focus calls, video meetings, and deep work. A small footprint, an honest desk that goes from sit to stand, and the kind of sound isolation that makes the open-plan office disappear.

Solo Flex was designed around a simple constraint: give a single person everything they need for a productive hour of work, and nothing they don't. The result is a booth you can place between desks without rearranging the floor — and one that doesn't feel like a pod.
A multi-layer wall assembly — recycled-PET absorber, steel frame, sealed laminated glass — drops conversational speech by roughly 24 dB(A). For context: a normal voice on the other side of the booth wall registers as a soft murmur.
Sharp falloff of background noise lets every word land — both inside and outside the booth.
A quieter shell triggers a measurable shift into deeper attention within seconds of stepping in.
Lower ambient noise reduces the listening effort the brain runs continuously — less drain, more output.
Four fans deliver 4.6 m³/min, more than enough for one person. Sound rating stays below 30 dB(A) at the user position.

No. Solo Flex is freestanding and plugs into a standard Schuko outlet. Two people can assemble it on site in under three hours, or our own team installs it for €1,245 excl. VAT.
Four EC fans run continuously when the booth is occupied, exchanging air at 4.6 m³/min. A PIR sensor stops the fans about a minute after the booth empties. You can override this behaviour from the wall panel.
Five years on the structural shell — frame, glass, panels, door mechanism. Two years on electronics — fans, sensors, LED driver. Wear parts (door seals, fabric) are excluded. Full terms ship with delivery.
